I’ve realised that it’s still a bit pricey for their food but there are deals to be had. It’s not as expensive as I think it would be. The quality of the food is high standard. I like the layout of this store and it’s easy to navigate around.

My sister and I always meet up on Saturday. We have coffee and scones most times it's very busy and have a long wait. They seem to be short staffed most times. But we feel comfortable there . The girls are nice 👌 lovely coffee ☕ …

One of my favourite shops, M&S offers a wide variety of products, from food to clothes. And when it comes to quality, you can be sure that you won't be disappointed. I particularly love their skirts, shoes and brand colours.

M&S security guards intimidated me when I set off barriers at one of their stores and M&S's response is I actually must've liked it because I was smiling. Guess what gender I am and what gender the security guards and customer service staff are.

You can literally find any thing in this store. Quality foods, rich cottoned bed linens, kitchen gadget of high qualities, the kids sections are fantastic and good investment in the children’s clothes too as my kids love ‘em’ all. Some people think M& D stuffs Dre pricy but I rather spend my money on quality and those who know knows😊😊😊happy shopping peeps

Visited the grocery section earlier , while still shopping I headed to the stock cube section which happened to be in the general direction of the exits, with a load of produce I hadn't yet paid for (as i had not yet finished shopping). At this point a female member of staff stopped me in my tracks, demanded I opened my shopping bag and began emptying it of the produce I had already acquired. Clearly she was under the impression that I intended on shoplifting however her only rationale for this was that I was "heading towards the exit" something she repeated four times. The fact that there were about four shelves of produce between myself and the door did not seem to factor into her thinking. Ultimately she did give me the produce back after i told her I would be paying for them once I had finished the rest of my shopping however this was not before she snidely remarked "ok I'll be going round with you until you do". Thankfully she spared me that displeasure. The rest of my visit saw me approached again my another member of staff wanting to know what was in my bag and watched like a hawk by several more until i did what i always intended on doing and paid for my stuff. Not a word of apology/ acknowledgment from anyone when I did. It seems strange that the original member of staff was so adamant that I was planning on stealing before i had actually done so (I still would have had to make it past a security guard and the alarm system before getting away with my ill gotten gains) i can only think that the fact i was wearing tracksuits and an old hoodie meant that i didn't quite fit the image of what a paying M and S customer looks like. If ever i should return i'll wear a shirt and tie to ensure staff are more comfortable in my presence x
